Belt bags, Round 1

Made some belt bags, compartment measure 6.5”x5”x2” plus external zipper pocket, and interior shelf pocket. These have a belt that ranges from 33”-45.5”, after a survey of friends, that will be size B, and size A will range from 23-32”. Will shorten some of these straps so I have some of size A on hand for May Market (opens May 2nd and runs Friday-Sunday weekends through May (5 weekends!)

Also working on a larger size, 8.5”x 5.5”x2”, with a larger external zippered pocket and larger internal shelf pocket.

So far I’ve made gold sparkle vinyl, ruby red glider vinyl with a glow in the dark stripe, and space blue with a red stripe. My prototype in the larger size is charcoal sparkle with a silver white glitter stripe, and I’ve had a request for silver metallic with a glow in the dark stripe im size A strap. All of these are lined in orange vinyl, dark linings make it harder to find your stuff.

Finished a vintage automotive vinyl tote bag

Finished a vintage automotive vinyl tote bag I’ve been working on. The front panel is textured vinyl, I think for a truck with a bench seat because the pattern repeats horizontally. I had to push through some perfectionist blockage, but am happy to have finished!

Dimensions are 13.5”x11.4”x5” and straps are 26” long. Lined in vinyl and orange canvas with an interior patch pocket, and an external shelf pocket on the back. Magnetic snap, and rivet reinforced straps. Piping on front and back. Limited edition because of limited material (wish I had more!)
